Cannelloni w/ Honeynut Squash

 Ingredients: Organic 00 flour, Organic Glenn/Warthog wheat, pastured eggs, honeynut squash, Herdsman (raw cow’s milk) cheese, bitter lemon vinegar, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, milk, butter. ALLERGENS: WHEAT, MILK, EGG

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Remove plastic lid and discard. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. It is OK (and actually preferred) to bake this from frozen without defrosting.

After 30 minutes, remove foil and return to the oven for 10 minutes. If your oven has a convection setting, turn the fan speed to HIGH.

Remove your cannelloni from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs if you have them. We used oregano but thyme or marjoram would be nice as well. You may want to let this cool on the counter for 5 minutes before diving in. Enjoy!
